MSF Sweden is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor

Läkare Utan Gränser/MSF Sweden is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to support in our HR department, to cover for a part time parental leave. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of operations at MSF by fostering a more autonomous, high-performing, and motivated workforce. You will play a key role in helping to create a shared understanding of how L&D can support MSF’s social mission.

You will ensure the andragogical quality of MSF Sweden’s learning activities is consistently maintained and improved, aligning with industry best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in learning and development, offering advice and support to stakeholders at MSF Sweden.
