Läkare utan gränser / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Sweden is looking for a proactive and strategic Nordic Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to build and lead our domestic L&D function across all four Nordic offices.

In this role, you won’t just manage training programs, you will establish a coordinated, evidence-based approach to capability building for our office staff in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Joining the Swedish HR department, you get high autonomy, direct budget responsibility, and a genuine opportunity to bridge strategic goals with impactful adult learning.

If you bring a strong foundation in adult learning theory (such as the 70-20-10 model), love combining high-level strategy with hands-on learning design, and know how to influence stakeholders without formal authority to empower the workforce behind MSF’s social mission, this is the role for you!
