Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières/MSF) is currently transforming its global rewards policies and tools to better support a diverse workforce and adapt to evolving operational needs. Led by MSF’s global leadership, this initiative aims to promote greater equity, transparency, and consistency across all programs. We’re now seeking a Compensation & Benefits Generalist to join us on a 12‑month contract and help drive the rollout of the new Global Rewards roadmap across the Nordic entities.
