At Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Sweden, we are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor for 80 % during 2 years, who is passionate about shaping the growth of our International Mobile Staff – our humanitarian professionals working at the forefront of humanitarian medical crises. As part of our HR team in Stockholm, you will contribute to strengthening MSF’s operational capacity by designing strategic learning frameworks, guiding competency development, and supporting colleagues throughout their career journey within the MSF movement.
