RFSU seeks a highly experienced and skilled consultant to facilitate capacity development for our colleagues in the area of proposal development and writing. The consultant will: Enhance the skills of RFSU staff in proposal development and writing. Provide tools for RFSUs design and development of robust project ideas, such as but not only Logic Framework Analysis,Theory of Change and emergent learning.
