As an Association Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the logistical and administrative aspects of preparing and executing our key event, the Association General Assembly, which will take place in Gothenburg in May 2025. You will work closely with the Association Coordinator to coordinate association members' attendance at this two-day event. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, initiative, and excellent logistical and organisational skills.
Additionally, you will work side by side with the Association Coordinator and assist in managing the internal member website, and handle membership database administration, which includes updating information, generating reports, managing newsletters, and verifying data.
